With over 2 decades of experience in the finance industry, Lisa founded Finance dot com in 2004 after seeing a niche in the market for short term funding at costs to the borrower that were not prohibitive.


Today, this is still the case as the cost and accessibility of finance continues to vary considerably.


Finance dot com predominantly works in commercial, short term funding, and construction on a case-by-case basis, and procure funds, from an array of high net worth individuals.

Finance dot com has extensive experience in finding solutions for complex financial transactions including second mortgages, large commercial transactions and loans that require urgent settlement. Lisa also specialises in borrowers whom may find themselves in a receivership or liquidation situation
